this item looks like leather, no? when i received it it has a terrible chemical smell and the material is cheap. the inside is some cheap looking fake suede material. overall, flimsy. if you are looking for something cheap and low quality, definitely buy this!2 of 2 Great buy! I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter and put a couple of pieces of nice jewelry in it. I hope she will find this is a good place to keep the "good" jewelry and it will be easy to hide and easy to use for travel.
