Good craftsmanship, cheap lock By Nick
I purchased this jewelry box for my wife. It has a nice finish with no scuff marks or other flaws that I could see. The build quality looks very good. The seams between back, front, and side panels are so well constructed and finished that they are nearly invisible. The box as a whole looks very nice and has a more modern and streamlined look than the more ornate boxes I have seen. The finish is fairly dark so the wood grain doesn't stand out nearly as much as it would with a lighter finish. The inside of the box is also nicely constructed and provides many options for storing different types and sizes of jewelry.
The only con I have is that the lock feels very cheap. It is the reason I can only give this product 4 stars. The first time I tried to lock the box I thought I was going to break the key. The lock mechanism is difficult to operate and feels like it is binding up. I am worried that the lock will break or seize up when the box is locked. I decided to keep the box as the locking feature is not very important to me. If you are looking for a jewelry box that you can lock then I cannot recommended this product to you. It's a shame that this company would make such a nice box and than skimp out and use a cheap lock.

Beautiful Jewerly Box. It all looks amazing and has way more space in it than i first thought. The wood and finish itself was amazing on top of the perfect fitting of the drawers and compartments. Very nicely lined and the walnut color gives it a very rich look. The construction seems pretty good and it's exactly how it looks in the photo. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good jewelry box. Highly recommended!!
