I found Mele & Co jewelry boxes and LOVE them! I ordered a larger 48 space one and loved it so much that I ordered another for my spare room... then I saw these and thought it would be a good travel box, it was not. The size is a little big for use during travel (better for storing in the a drawer).
Then I thought ok, I'll use in my dresser for those extra special items ~ I loved the idea of the lift out tray, but that was the down fall (the lift out tray). To make it so the bottom of the box could be used to store items, they have added a compartment divider for the bottom that was glued in and is in the middle of the box so the top tray is wobbly when placed in the box. Not a good design.
I did return the item with no problems/issues and I was extremely happy with the return process.Good product By K- solo
The overall product is of good quality. As some have reviewed there is some trouble getting it to stay open on its own, but I flipped it upside down and let it set like that fo a few hours and that seems to have remedy the problem.Good size By Atieno
I really like it's size & it is good quality but just wish it was a bit deeper. Unless your stuff is nicely flat it won't fit on the bottom because then the top tray doesn't sit right. It has good space for it's size & the snap closes securely.
